  1. Sign in or sign up for iHeart Cashback using your iHeart login credentials.

Benefits are multi-use cashback opportunities geared toward a spending category rather than a specific brand. Each month, iHeart will promote a new benefit. You'll receive an email on the 1st of the month announcing the month's category. And that’s it! Cashback will be automatically awarded anytime you make a qualifying purchase* towards that benefit.

*A Qualifying Transaction occurs when a member uses a connected card on a promoted benefit or offer within iHeart Cashback.

Offers are one-time use, usually brand specific, and require activation. Think about offers like single-use coupons, except there are no codes, just a button to press. Check back in on your iHeart Cashback dashboard regularly to make sure you beat the clock! Activate the offer and spend at the brand before the offer expires.

How quickly will I start earning cashback?+
Once you link your preferred credit and/or debit cards, spend at qualifying merchants and categories, and you'll see rewards as soon as your transaction settles! Typically, this is within 48-72 hours of your purchase.
When do I get my reward?+
Once the transaction settles with your bank, you will see earned cashback in the Redeemed Rewards tab of your iHeart Cashback account.
How do I view my cashback balance?+
Once you are logged in to your iHeart Cashback account, navigate to the Redeemed Rewards tab. You will see a list of your rewarded purchases, your total cashback balance, and have the opportunity to Cash Out once you exceed $5 in redeemed rewards.
How do I know if I successfully connected?+
You'll see a notification banner on your iHeart Cashback account if there are any problems with your connected cards. You'll also see a prompt in the Settings under the Linked Cards tab of your account. Follow the prompted instructions to correct the problem and begin earning cashback immediately.
Where else have I seen Plaid?+
You may recognize Plaid as the secure payment platform used by many popular financial apps and services, including Venmo, Rocket Money, Acorns, Chime, and other major banks. Plaid safely connects your financial accounts across thousands of apps and institutions.
What is LIQUID Rewards?+
LIQUID Rewards is the software that powers iHeart Cashback, making it easy, safe, and simple to redeem cashback on connected cards.
Which cards can be connected?+
There are no restrictions on which cards can be connected. However, you will want to focus on connecting the cards that you are using on an everyday basis. You are only rewarded then your purchase is linked to a benefit and or offer. Rarely, a card may require extra support to link, so if you run into any issues always fell free to email us at [email protected].
Is my bank information safe?+
Yes! Your bank information goes through advanced encryption to safeguard your information. Only your bank will see your login credentials; LIQUID has no direct access to your bank account at any time. This means you can focus on buying the things you like and getting rewarded for them – worry free!
